With a team of 90 across multiple offices, including 3 family law principals, 2 directors, secretarial support and clerks, this is a rare opportunity to step into a well-resourced and growing practice. The firm has a culture of progression, with promotions reviewed regularly, and a flexible approach to work. After 4 weeks, team members can work from home up to 2 days per week. With offices across Sydney, there is room for flexibility with office location and an established and strong family law department already present. The practice is recognised for excellence, with 5 accredited specialists and strong market recommendations. What we’re looking for: Senior Associate: 5 years PQE with strong technical expertise in family law, including complex parenting and property matters. Excellent drafting and advocacy skills, empathy, and the ability to manage matters independently. Or Principal / Team Leader: 10 years PQE, ideally an accredited specialist with an established client and referrer base. You’ll have the confidence to grow the practice, attract and retain clients, and potentially take on equity if the fit is right.
